Well, the wait is finally over!!! I woke up yesterday morning and was completely jazzed because at 8am I was going to hear from the Marriott School of Management.  Eight came and went with no decision... Then nine came and went... Ten... By eleven I stopped checking my email.  I tried to keep myself busy since they changed the date and said 'the third week of July.'  I had to do something to keep me busy so I worked on my presentation for BYUSA and took a nap! At 6:30pm I was studying for my accounting exam and I decided to check the website on a whim and......

I'M IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am officially a business major :) I am so excited and relieved! After a grueling 19 days of waiting I have been accepted to one of the best undergraduate business schools in the country!! I'm on top of the world, 'ay!
These are some of my favorite quotes ever! Happy Thursday :)

I love that an answer to a prayer can come in the most unexpected of places.  I just picked a random Mormon Message tonight before I went to sleep and I was given this little gem.  Heavenly Father knows and loves us and for this I will be forever grateful :)
Do you ever have those days where no matter what you're just super mega happy for reason? I do :) I feel like I can do anything and everything.  I think those are the best days! I had one of these days last week and I thought to myself, 'Gosh, I wish there was a song that went along with these kind of days!' Well ladies and gentlemen...there is! I give you 'On Top of the World' by the wonderful Imagine Dragons :)  Enjoy and be on top of the world, 'ay!

I love the Fourth of July! I think next to Christmas and Thanksgiving, it's my favorite holiday :) I still can't believe that last year I was in Bethlehem.  It was so fun! While I wasn't in some exotic country this year, it was still a perfect day! I woke up early and then raced (drove) to my aunt and uncle's house in Orem.  We set up shade tents and tables in the backyard while Aunt Kris put together this amazing spread of treats that were red, white, and blue.  I am amazed at the parties she throws :) I spent the rest of the afternoon playing with cousins (Andy and I danced all day) and eating delicious food (Uncle Drake makes a mean hot dog!).  At the end of the night we had a lovely display of fireworks in the cul de sac and then it was off to bed.  All in all, it was a perfect day :)

This picture doesn't really match, but I just like :) It a pig-shaped hot air balloon that they launched on the morning of the Fourth....so pigs do fly!
