Blog Redesign

Every few months or so I decide that I want to redesign my blog. I like crisp, clean lines and simple color palettes. My design wants have outpaced my skills sadly, so I think I'm going to pass off the blog design to more capable hands :) I've found two templates (here and here) that I really, really like, but I just can't decide!
So, what do you think? Which do you like better?
