I spent the summer of 2011 wearing a white v-neck at the BYU Jerusalem Center in Israel. It was a glorious sun-soaked summer spent roaming all over the Israeli countryside and cityscapes. I loved it, more than I could have every imagined. My fellow students and I quickly embraced the motto, "Jerusalem, if I forget you."

Am I the only one who loves getting a new planner? At the end of each year I scour the internet looking for a new planner and dream of filling up the pages with my life. This year, sadly, I couldn't find one that I loved, so I found an alternative: the bullet journal.
As I'm getting ready for church this morning, I put on one of Jeffrey R. Holland's BYU addresses. My friend tagged me in an instagram post earlier in the week quoting this favorite talk. I hadn't listened to it for a few months so I was due for another visit.

I love Elder Holland's ability to inspire hope and put things into perspective. As I start a new chapter, some things have felt so very overwhelming, but Elder Holland reminds me that faith is always for the future and the Lord has great things in store for each of us.
