I told you once that I am addicted to TedTalks. It's been a few months and the enthusiasm hasn't curbed yet :) I still listen to TedTalks fairly often. A few days ago I learned that Clayton Christensen did a talk.

WHAT?! How did I not know about this months ago?! You know the first thing I did when I got home after learning this golden tidbit of information was watch it. And it's amazing!!! It's a little long but definitely worth your time!
