- I'm a lefty, but I play sports right-handed because all my brothers are rightys and that's how they taught me.
- I HATE tomatoes. Like, they're the worst food on this planet.
- I'm obsessed with pop culture and am only slightly embarrassed to admit that I read People Magazine....daily.
- I used to run cross country in high school.
- I am super claustrophobic. I briefly got stuck in the elevator at my hostel in London and took the stairs for the rest of my stay.
- I have four brothers and one sister.
- I call my mother on the daily.
- Blueberries are my favorite food on this green earth.
- If I could visit one (new) place I'd go to Iceland or Sweden.
- If I could go back to one place it would be London.
- When I was eight I asked my mom if I could take piano lessons and then complained about having to practice.
- I can drive manual transmission and wish that I could put that skill on my resume.
- One of my favorite songs is "You Make My Dreams Come True" by Hall and Oates.
- I get really stressed out when someone suggests that I cut my hair short.
- I started this blog right before I went to Jerusalem.
- When I was little I wanted to be a ballerina.
- Spiders terrify me and when I have to kill one I use the vacuum so I can remain as far away as possible.
- I could live off pancakes. And croissants.
- I regularly stay up until the wee hours of the morning reading--it's a problem.
- One time my mom and I 'planned' an art heist that will never happen.
- Roller coasters are one of my great loves.
- I started coloring my hair in college and can't stop. It drives my mother crazy.
- My favorite book is Les Miserables.
- High on my bucket list is getting tickets to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
- If I had to rename myself I'd go by Amelia Rose.
- I consider eating snails one of my greatest accomplishments.
- I have a random talent of decoding any train system in record time. This will serve me well during my stint on the Amazing Race.
- Raison-bran crunch is the cereal of gods.
- I love socks. I can't go to Target without buying a pair.
- I wash my hair 2-3 times a week and use dry shampoo in between washes.
- I am a fan of the Oxford comma.
- I really really really want to be on a rowing team.
- I want to rename Red Delicious apples to Red Disgustings. Them are some bad apples.
- I dig puns.
- Two days before my senior prom I fell during a Chinese fire drill and have a huge bruise on my leg that inhibited my dancing abilities.
- If I were going to try out of American Idol I would sing "The Power of Love" by Celine Dion.
- My favorite movie is Sabrina. The Harrison Ford version.
- I am slightly dyslexic and hate reading out loud.
- I wish I had been an English lit major.
- My dream job is to open a bakery in some sleepy English town, preferably in the Cotswolds.
- I love to cook with my dad.
- I have four nephews and two nieces. They're all hilarious.
- My favorite composer is Claude Debussey.
- One of my favorite places in the world is the d'Orsay Museum in Paris.
- I only own one pair of sweatpants and don't plan on changing that anytime soon.
- I love to paint but am terrible at watercolor.
- In another, taller, life I'd be an Olympic volleyball player.
- I taught myself to knit, sew, and read music.
- I don't believe that Harry and Hermione should have ended up together. That's straight up blasphemy.
- I own a Camelbak and I feel like I'm cheating on my mother since she works for Rubbermaid. It's a major internal struggle.
